We've been on this burger tip lately. Father's Office kind of failed us this day by having nightly business hours, so Thea recommended us to try 25 Degrees.

At your first steps inside you are welcomed with a pleasant hip decor of burgandy floral wallpaper on the walls, fancy chandelier lighting, plush booths and diner seats. Even though it may be located in the Roosevelt Hotel, bougie dress is not a must. 

Now what you really want read about is the EATS! We all ordered the 'Number One', your basic burger and fries order. Being that there was three of us and three options of sides, we took on sweet potato fries, regular fries, and onion rings. The fried goodness was accompanied by garlic aioli (Garlicky nomnom in my book). The burger consisted of caramelized onions, prelibato gorgonzola, crecenza, bacon, arugula, and thousand island. Your first bite is heaven in meaty glory. All the ingredients blend so wonderfully together. Delicious and juicy! It will rock your umami taste buds' world. The 'Number One' is a good 12 bucks spent. Not too pricey but well worth the money.
