Reese & I were in Vegas this past weekend. Amongst doing to usuals such as getting a fat tuesday, going to clubs, and drinking..we hit up the place that has one thing that hits that lovely spot after a hard night of inebriation and loss of inhibitions. We go to Aloha Kitchen where they have that delicious Adobo Fried Rice Omelette. And yes it tastes as bomb as it sounds. Who would of thought the simple grace of egg, rice, and left over pieces of adobe could procreate to make such a savory genius dish.
