Finally got to try The Back Abbey Burger (Aged gouda, mustard aioli, caramalized onions, Niman ranch bacon, medium rare cooked meat) and it was delicious! I was a bit weary about the bun not being toasted but it was perfect because all the ingredients would literally melt in your mouth. Our orders were also served with a side salad of microgreens with the addition of an order of Pomme Frites. Good go to place locally for IE-ers versus driving out to LA for your gourmet burger fix. *The burger photos look like it's sticking it tongue at me haha*
